Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 48 hours of placement (always quicker when we can), excluding weekends and public holidays. For all orders received before 9.00pm (GST) on business days, will be dispatched on the next day. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of MAWJ.AE control and are in the trusting hands of Local Post, DHL or FedEx. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us.

Please note that MAWJ.AE will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with your delivering courier.

Please note: the below timeframes are estimates based on the information we receive from our shipping partners. If shipments are delivered in a reasonable timeframe outside of these expectations, MAWJ.AE is not liable for any shipping cost reimbursement or in-transit order cancellation.
